I have a bulher versatile 2360 four wheel drive tractor. Change a axle seal and bearings this spring.I was told that I didn't tighten the wheel bearings tight enough. I did not use a torque wrench but my son did make a tool to tighten the nut with.We tightened them as tight as we could with a 2 foot bar and backed off to finger tight then just toughened to maybe 20 pounds on bar. Tighter that I do with truck bearings because there is no lock nut just a lock ring. The guy said I should have tightened them to 500 foot pounds then back off to 250.
