I have been looking for some fittings to connect a wood splitter to my JD 4600 loader disconnects, the dealer told me they were pioneer, but they are labeled parker, who seems to own pioneer! Mine look different than anything I can find online, it"s not very convenient for me to get to the dealer, so I would like to buy them at FF. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance, Russ

What you need is ISO male coupler tips made at first by Pioneer hence the reference to Pioneer but now made by several company's including Parker.

Don,t want to argue with jim but don,t think JD uses iso ( Industry staandard) couplers on there loader quickconnects. They use someting off brand
. He should be able to pick up an iso sta ndard anwhere and try it but think he needs something
comon to JD>

Those are 3/8 inch couplers on those tractors and 1/2 inch are used on most farm tractors. I run my log splitter off of the power beyond on my 4700 & 4710 the splitter has its own valve and works very well. The power beyond has a lot more gpm than the loader circuit.

jm,
I'm wrong on the kind of coupler tip on newer JD compact utility tractors as I decided to look them up on JDparts.com.

I have a hard time trying to identify all the different sizes of newer JD tractors by their number.

It will surprise me if Pioneer along with other manufacturers doesn't make a tip that will fit this application.
