At the bottom of the tranny there is the ends of a cottor pin sticking out. I beleave I am loseing my fluid there. Also further back there are two more smaller pin ends sticking out the bottom cast. Does anyone know what they are and why they seem to empty my tranny?

In my 610 Long the 2 pins are under the brakes and drain oil out if it leaks by an axle seal so that the brakes won't get contaminated. Don't know about another one.

Maybre the one in the front is to keep the clutch
dry? But then that would mean there is a seal in the front of the tranny?

Yes, there are seals there. The holes you refer to are there to let any leakage out so the clutch and brakes will still work. The cotter keys are there to keep the holes from getting clogged. At the front of the transmission, there is one seal between the traction drive shaft and the pto drive tube and another seal between the pto drive tube and the trans. case.
