Those are Yanmar's built for JD and are usually good tractors.

Ive only seen one of these, Im not sure how many were brought over. They should be a well built machine. I would just wonder about parts. Im sure any JD deal can get the parts but if these are rare tractors here the parts may need to be ordered and you pay the shipping. A friend had a IH tractor and every part for it had to come from england and it wasnt cheap.

Many different models were sold by JD dealers.

They're good built utility tractors and IMHO the parts for them are high.

They were good little machines. I remember, when they first started showing up, Yanmar owners would come in looking for parts (filters, etc.) The Deere stuff was always bigger, better for the same size tractor. Deere knew they had an uphill marketing climb to gain acceptance of these "fer'n made" things, so they really did their homework.

That tractor will be old enough now that condition is the most important factor.

I was just about to post when something made me want to remind you to check if that series had independent pto...
