Duetz trans, wont shift

Hello
I have just purchased a 7120 Duetz. I am unable to shift one of the transmissions.
It is the shifter with the power divider switch on top of the stick.
It seems to be stuck in second or thrid gear. I have no experience with this type of tractor.
The other trans. seems to shift ok, that is the one where you can use reverse and hi and low gears.
Do any of you guys have any thoughts.

I have a 7120 - high doesn"t work - and every once in a while it getys stuck in medium and reverse at the same time - but on mine the 1 thru 4 lever works great -
let me know what u find - my contact says u have to take the "cover off and take a look,.......
